*STOCK*

• Means that the product is in stock and can be sent directly without waiting time!

*SHIPPING*

• Posh pooches have no handling or packing fees so you pay only for your exact shipping, no more!
• A collar or harness for example would be about £1, a jacket, sweater, etc. is about £2.50

• We send our goods to worldwide!

• You can choose to receive an ID / parcel number with your package so you can track it on the road for an additional charge depending on value and size. Ask about this when you order we will get back with the price for the service.

*ORDER*

• There is no minimum amount to place an order!

• To order goods / products you just send an email. Have you seen what you want in the shop you just state the name of the article, color and size. We will then reply as soon as we can with a response about the delivery and payment information.
• In order to offer these special low prices we carry limited amounts of stock. Some products are shipped the same day if they are in stock and others can take up to 4 weeks when they are handmade. So feel free to ask for delivery time in your particular case. Goods are ordered when paid in full.
• Please check the invoice carefully so that your order is correct.
• No guarantees or the exact dates can be given as it is impossible to guarantee the delivery date with the mail etc.

• Is there anything you want that you can't see in the shop? E-mail me with, make, color, size, etc. so we can check the price and ability to get the product.

*Installments*

• You can choose how you want to post your installment.
• A deposit of 20% of the price must be added initially and at least 10% there after every month. Of course, you can pay off each week if you so wish. There are no additional charges imposed on this service!
• Please note that goods are sent when the total amount is paid.

*Returns*

• It is possible to return goods that do not fit within the 14 days but you are liable for postage costs. E-mail us as soon as you can in the unlikely event you want to send it back.
• Measure carefully to minimize the chance that it does not fit. A handling fee of 20% can be subjected in some cases to cover any the costs of the returned items. Please let us know immediately if you should want a return.
• All returned goods must be unused and in original packaging.
• Original charges imposed on postage and return postage will not reimbursed.
• Faulty goods refunded are of course refunded if a replacement can not found! The damage must have occurred because of faults not wear and tear or damage, etc.
• SALE ITEMS, seasonal products, special offers or customized products ARE NOT EXCHANGED or REFUNDED!
